Graphic Designer| Video editor

We are looking for a talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics & videos for a variety of media.

The job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos & videos.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Create rough and final cuts
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Final Cut)
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
