Job Summary

Elmond Online Educational Services (OPC) Private Limited is hiring a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of design and video projects including course materials, social media posts, marketing ads, YouTube content, and brand visuals. This role requires strong creativity, technical editing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality content consistently.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, ads, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
• Design thumbnails, banners, and creatives for YouTube and website
• Develop brand-consistent layouts, icons, and infographics
• Prepare clean, professional designs for course materials, worksheets, and presentations

Video Editing

• Edit high-quality course videos, marketing videos, ads, reels, and shorts
• Add transitions, motion graphics, and animations
• Perform audio clean-up, color correction, and green screen editing
• Add subtitles, text overlays, and visual effects where needed
• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms

Cross-functional Tasks

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and trainer teams
• Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with latest design and editing trends
• Work independently on multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Canva (good working knowledge)
• Strong creativity and understanding of modern visual trends
• Experience with reels, shorts, and performance-based creative formats
• Ability to think visually and convert ideas into compelling designs
• Attention to detail & strong understanding of brand consistency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in EdTech, media, marketing, or digital agencies
• Basic photography or product shoot knowledge (optional)
• Ability to handle both long-form and short-form edits
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics (bonus)
