Role Overview

We are hiring multi-skill content warriors who can:

• Create engaging educational videos
• Design high-CTR thumbnails
• Edit long videos + reels + shorts
• Design creatives for social media
• Manage and scale multiple YouTube fan channels

Job Responsibilities - Video Creation & Editing

• Edit highly engaging YouTube videos (short + long formats)
• Create Instagram Reels, Shorts & vertical videos
• Add captions, sound design, transitions, subtitles & storytelling flow
• Improve watch-time, retention & emotional engagement
• Thumbnail & Graphic Design
• Design high CTR thumbnails (bold, emotional, curiosity-driven)
• Create posters, reels covers, banners & creatives
• Maintain visual branding & design consistency
• Retouch photos, build YouTube creatives & social visuals
• YouTube Fan Channel Management
• Create & operate multiple YT fan channels
• Upload daily content on different handles
• Handle metadata (title, tags, description)
• Repurpose old content smartly
• Manage automation workflows (where needed)
• Content scaling strategy
• Social Media & Growth
• Understand what trends on YouTube & Insta
• Follow latest editing styles and content formats
• Suggest viral ideas
• A/B test thumbnails
• Improve CTR & retention organically

Required Skillsets -

You should know most of the following (not necessarily all):

Editing Tools

Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Da Vinci / CapCut
After Effects (basic motion graphics is a plus)

Design Tools
