Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role:
POSGuru Private Limited is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who is excellent with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and has solid experience in reels creation and video editing. The ideal candidate should be able to create visually appealing content for social media, marketing, and branding, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, reels, ads, banners, brochures, and marketing materials
• Create visually appealing short videos, reels, and promotional clips
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver engaging content
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
• Understand current design trends, reel trends, and social media formats
• Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
• Hands-on experience in video editing and reel creation
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Candidates:

• Designers with experience in creating content for restaurants/food brands/tech companies (optional, not mandatory)
• Chennai-based candidates or those open to relocating when office opens
