About the Role

We are looking for a creative, fast-thinking, and highly skilled Graphics & Video Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing content, reels, social media posts, branded graphics, motion content, and promotional videos.

If you’re passionate about design, have a strong eye for detail, and can bring ideas to life quickly — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content (static designs, carousels, ads, banners).

• Produce high-quality video content including reels, promotional videos, motion graphics, and short-form edits.

• Edit and enhance raw footage with smooth transitions, captions, sound effects, and color grading.

• Design brand-consistent visual elements across all platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm content ideas.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver on quick timelines.

• Stay updated on social media trends and modern design styles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor (portfolio required).

• Advanced skills in:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

• After Effects (bonus)

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.

• Ability to produce high-impact reels and TikTok-style videos.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Experience in trading, finance, or Forex content (big advantage).

• Motion graphics & animation skills.
