Position: Video Editor

Location: onsite/Hybrid (as per company preference)

Type: Full-time / Part-time / Project-based

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong portfolios also considered)

What You’ll Do

• Edit raw footage into clean, creative, story-driven videos.
• Work on YouTube videos, podcasts, shorts/reels, corporate videos, ads, and promotional content.
• Add motion graphics, basic animations, captions, and transitions.
• Enhance sound quality, sync audio, clean up noise, and maintain clarity.
• Colour correct and colour grade videos to match brand tone.
• Adapt videos into multiple formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Collaborate with directors, content creators, and the Regent Studios team for smooth production workflows.
• Stay updated with latest editing styles, trends, and YouTube editing patterns.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, music selection, and storytelling.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.
• Creativity + consistency + reliability.
• Good communication and willingness to take feedback.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Thumbnail design (Photoshop or Canva).
• Colour grading expertise.
• Basic sound design + mixing.
• Experience editing YouTube podcast-style videos.
• Knowledge of YouTube algorithms and retention tactics.
