JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Department: Marketing

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Reporting To: Manager / Managing Director

1. ROLE OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality visual content, managing digital marketing design requirements, and supporting the company’s branding and communication efforts. The role includes graphic design, video editing, UI/UX support, catalogue work, and assistance in digital marketing operations.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Design & Creative Production

  • Create engaging social media posts and marketing creatives
  • Edit reels, promotional videos, and brand videos
  • Provide UI/UX support for website and digital platforms
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines

B. Digital Marketing & Technology Support

  • Assist with Gallabox-related work (content, updates, processes)
  • Support Zoho CRM tasks and updates
  • Coordinate and update product catalogues
  • Assist in content planning and digital campaigns
  • Respond to digital marketing requirements from management

C. Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support hiring activities, including initial screening and interview coordination
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Management teams for daily tasks
  • Be flexible to support any work related to social media, digital marketing, or technology

3. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Knowledge of social media content formats and trends
  • Ability to create catchy, brand-aligned visuals

  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to take feedback and revise work promptly
  • Time-management and multitasking ability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

4. EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing .
  • Experience in digital marketing content creation is an added advantage

5. WORKING HOURS

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

6. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

  • Timely completion of design and editing tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments under deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company materials
  • Uphold professional behaviour and communication
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the brand’s digital presence

7. POLICIES & COMPLIANCE (Role-Relevant)

This role requires adherence to:

  • Confidentiality of company data
  • Proper use of company systems (Zoho, Gallabox, CRM, Email)
  • No freelancing or outside work that conflicts with company interests
  • Professional conduct and punctuality

8. REPORTING & COLLABORATION

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will work closely with:

  • Marketing Team
  • Managing Director
  • Operations Team
  • Hiring & HR team (for recruitment-related tasks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
