Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced, multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer cum Video Editor/Creator who is exceptional at both traditional design and AI-powered creative production.
You must be able to create visually stunning graphics, professional videos, and high-performing social content using industry-standard tools + modern AI systems.

This role requires someone who moves fast, thinks creatively, understands brand consistency, and can produce daily content at a professional level.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, ads, branding, website, presentations, and marketing assets.
• Develop illustrations, 2D/3D visuals, icons, mascots, story characters, and brand-specific creatives.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, layouts, and visual identity.

AI Image & Content Creation

• Use advanced AI tools to generate images, characters, backgrounds, concepts, and variations.
• Write well-crafted prompts to achieve high-quality and accurate outputs.
• Build efficient AI workflows to scale production.

Video Editing & AI Video Creation

• Edit reels, shorts, explainers, ads, animations, and motion graphics.
• Use AI video tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Optimize videos for social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, Telegram).

Branding & Creative Strategy

• Understand crypto, blockchain, and Web3 aesthetics.
• Convert complex ideas into clean, engaging visuals and videos.
• Execute creative strategies aligned with our vision and brand guidelines.

Productivity & Workflow

• Deliver consistent creative output daily.
• Manage multiple design/video tasks under deadlines.
• Continuously learn emerging AI tools and design trends.
