Position: Video Editor & Designer for Kolkata’s Fastest Growing Real Estate Brand (On-Site)

Role: Video Editor + Graphic Designer Company: Divine Edge Properties (New Town, Kolkata) Type: Full-Time | Strictly On-Site Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 (Based on portfolio & speed)

The Context: Divine Edge Properties is shifting the Kolkata real estate market from "generic sales" to "digital storytelling". We don't do shaky mobile videos. We create "Cinematic Realism" and high-intent narratives.

What you will build with us:

1. Property Tours (Reels/YouTube): Edit vertical video tours that feel premium and authentic (stabilized, good pacing, no "fish-eye" distortion).

2. Ad Creatives: Design high-CTR carousels and thumbnails for Meta & Google Ads.

3. Social Content: Mix English with "Benglish" typography to connect with local homebuyers.

4. AI Workflows: Use AI (Mid journey/Runway) to speed up b-roll and static design (Big Bonus).

You are tech-savvy: You aren't scared of using new AI tools to get the job done.

Location: You must be based in Kolkata and willing to work from our office (New Town/Rajarhat area).
