Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 3+ years’ experience and a strong command of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). You’ll create scroll-stopping social media creatives + short/long-form videos (reels, stories, ads) while maintaining brand consistency. Real estate experience is a plus, and a strong portfolio is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scroll-stopping social media visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Work closely with the marketing team for ideation and align creative direction.
• Suggest, develop, and implement video strategies to achieve marketing goals.
• Develop compelling motion graphics and short videos for reels, stories, and ads.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual designs.
• Stay updated with current design trends and evolving social media aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Expertise in the complete Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc).
• Real estate experience would be preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• AI Prompting - Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Higgsfield, klingai, Leonardo AI) to enhance visuals and improve efficiency.
• Strong visual design sense, typography, and color theory.
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:

• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in AI Prompting.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
• Portfolio of work.
