Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create social media creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails, and marketing visuals
• Design basic branding materials such as logos, presentations, and ads
• Edit and optimize images for web and social platforms
• Follow brand guidelines and design standards

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and ads
• Add transitions, subtitles, background music, and basic motion graphics
• Trim, enhance, and color-correct videos for better engagement
• Assist in creating promotional and marketing videos

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresher or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field
• Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Understanding of social media content formats
• Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content styles
• Portfolio or sample work (college projects or personal work accepted)
