Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role: Video Content Editor Intern

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and technically skilled Video Content Editor Intern who can help us shoot and edit shorts, reels, YouTube videos, founder videos, micro-podcasts, and SME education content.

You will work directly with the Founder (on-camera talent) and the marketing team to produce high-quality daily video content that looks professional, modern, and engaging.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves:

• Content creation
• Shooting videos
• Editing reels
• Adding transitions, b-rolls, captions
• Enhancing audio
• Experimenting with storytelling for business audiences

Key Responsibilities1. Video Production

• Record videos of the founder and team (shorts, reels, podcasts, educational series)
• Operate camera, mic, lighting, background setup
• Suggest angles, hooks, retakes, and better visual storytelling
• Capture additional footage (office, team, user stories, product shots)

2. Video Editing

• Edit videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Add b-rolls, visual overlays, infographics, transitions
• Add text captions (auto/subtitles)
• Add background music, sound effects
• Clean, enhance, and balance audio
• Match brand style, colors, fonts

3. Content Creative Support

• Convert long videos into multiple short clips
• Pick best hooks, emotional moments, and educational insights
• Add stock footage where required
• Work on storytelling for SME audience
• Repurpose videos across platforms

4. Consistency & Workflow

• Deliver daily/weekly edits as planned
• Maintain organized files, backups, and project versions
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure platform-wise output

Skills RequiredTechnical Skills

• Video editing tools (any of these):
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• CapCut Desktop
• DaVinci Resolve
• Basic audio correction & noise removal
• Knowledge of frame rates, aspect ratios, export formats
• Ability to add subtitles, animations, and motion graphics
• Skill in selecting b-rolls and stock footage

Bonus Skills (Optional but great to have)

• Camera handling (DSLR/Mirrorless)
• Lighting setup knowledge
• Canva (basic graphics)
• Creative writing for captions/script snippets
• Thumbnail designing
