We are a growth-focused design and marketing agency looking for a confident and immensely talented Mid-Weight to Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to become an integral part of our fully remote team. The Opportunity: Your Mission at Plutove

As our new Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will be the creative engine behind both static and motion-based visual content for our diverse client base.

Your mission is to translate complex brand strategies, marketing objectives, and raw concepts into compelling designs and engaging video content that capture attention, tell stories, and drive action.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring every design and video asset meets the highest creative and technical standards. You’ll be a vital voice in our creative process—shaping campaigns, elevating brands, and helping clients grow through powerful visual storytelling.

A Detailed Look at Your Responsibilities1. Creative Strategy & Conceptualisation

  • Dive deep into client briefs, brand guidelines, and target audience personas to fully understand the strategic objectives behind each project.
  • Collaborate in virtual brainstorming sessions with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to develop creative concepts for both static and video-led campaigns.
  • Develop mood boards, storyboards, style scapes, and initial mockups to clearly communicate creative direction for design and video content.

2. Design & Video Execution

You will produce a wide range of high-quality graphic and video assets, including:

Graphic Design:

  • Digital: Social media campaigns (static, carousel, and light animation), web banners, Google Display ads, email templates, and landing page visuals.
  • Branding: Logo refinements, brand identity systems, typography hierarchies, and colour palettes.
  • Content Marketing: E-books, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and presentation decks (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
  • Print: Brochures, flyers, event materials, and business stationery.

Video Editing & Motion:

  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid ads.
  • Add motion graphics, animated text, transitions, captions, and light visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Ensure videos are optimised for each platform’s specifications (aspect ratios, durations, formats).

All output—static or motion—must be pixel-perfect, platform-ready, and aligned with brand strategy.

3. Brand Guardianship

  • Act as a guardian of client brands across both design and video, ensuring visual consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Confidently evolve brand identities where required, creating new visual and motion systems that feel like a natural extension of the core brand.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Communicate clearly and proactively via project management tools (Asana / Trello) and Slack.
  • Present design and video concepts internally and, when required, to clients—explaining creative rationale and strategic intent.
  • Interpret and apply feedback constructively, seeing revisions as a collaborative path to excellence.

A Glimpse Into Your Week

You might start the week with a virtual team huddle. Early in the week could involve concepting and designing a new brand campaign, followed by editing short-form social videos midweek. By Thursday, you may be finalising a multi-page e-book while delivering animated ad creatives. Friday could include internal creative reviews, file organisation, and exploring new design or video trends to share with the team.

Our Ideal Candidate ProfileEssential Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiables):

  • 2–6+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with hands-on video editing experience, ideally within an agency.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing both design and video work (static, motion, and social content).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Premiere Pro (essential)
  • After Effects (for motion graphics – strong advantage)
  • Solid understanding of designing and editing for digital-first platforms, especially social media.
  • Experience managing projects from brief through to delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
