Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate, luxury or aspirational branding, with the ability to conceptualize and deliver visually striking designs and engaging video content. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of premium brand aesthetics across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality design assets including brochures, presentations, advertisements, print collaterals, and digital creatives.
• Conceptualize and produce videos, reels, motion graphics, and short-format films for marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity by strictly adhering to brand guidelines and luxury positioning.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to support launches and ongoing campaigns.
• Handle projects end-to-end, from ideation and design development to final execution and delivery.
• Adapt and optimize creative content for social media platforms, websites, and performance marketing channels.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong visual sensibility with an eye for detail, typography, composition, and storytelling.
• Prior exposure to real estate, luxury, or aspirational brands will be a strong advantage.
