Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 1+ year of experience in creating high-quality video and graphic creatives for social media, digital ads, and branding. The ideal candidate should understand visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and performance-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:Video Editing:

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads & YouTube Shorts
• Create performance-based ad creatives with strong hooks & CTAs
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects & basic motion graphics
• Optimize videos for multiple formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1)
• Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing

Graphic Designing:

• Design static & carousel creatives for social media & ads
• Create posters, banners, thumbnails & ad creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Work with marketing team to design creatives aligned with campaign goals
• Design creatives for Meta ads, landing pages & promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Video Editing & Graphic Designing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic)
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva
• Understanding of social media & ad creatives
• Knowledge of design principles, typography & color theory
• Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Point):

• Experience with performance marketing or ad creatives
• Knowledge of motion graphics & animation
• Experience in real estate / agency / digital marketing
• Understanding of Meta ads creative formats
