Job Description: Graphic Designer

Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts, communicating ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience. You will work on a variety of design projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, digital assets, and more. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.

Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Conceptualize and create innovative designs that align with project goals and brand identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
• Visual Strategy: Develop visual content for various platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Multimedia Creation: Produce engaging visual elements for both digital and print mediums, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, etc.
• Adaptability: Modify designs based on feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet expectations.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design output.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3yrs in graphic design or a related field.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
