Role Objective

To create premium, technically accurate, and sales-focused visual communication through graphic design and video content that strengthens KALCO’s brand positioning and supports exhibitions, dealers, and sales teams.

Graphic Design Responsibilities

• Design product catalogues & technical spec sheets
• Create brochures, company profiles & presentations
• Design exhibition stall graphics & panels
• Develop dealer posters, standees & marketing materials
• Create social media creatives (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication

Required Graphic Skills

• Strong B2B / industrial design sensibility
• Excellent layout & grid systems
• Strong typography skills
• Print-ready knowledge (CMYK, bleed, finishing)
• Ability to convert technical information into visual clarity

Graphic Tools

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW
• Figma

Video Editing & Motion Responsibilities

• Edit short product videos (15–60 seconds)
• Create product USP reels
• Develop explainer videos (installation, process, features)
• Add motion graphics (icons, dimensions, callouts)
• Edit factory walkthrough & exhibition videos
• Create LED screen loop videos for exhibitions

Required Video Skills

• Clean and professional editing style (not flashy)
• Basic motion graphics & animation skills
• Good sense of pacing for industrial brand content
• Ability to combine footage, text overlays & music effectively

Video Tools

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• (Bonus) DaVinci Resolve

KALCO Design Mindset

• Thinks sales-first
• Works closely with Sales & Production teams

Experience Required

• 2–5 years experience
• Portfolio must include:
• Structured layouts (catalogues/brochures)
• Social media creatives
• Product or brand videos

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, or related field.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on skills, experience & portfolio quality)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
