Graphic Designer / Video Editor

KITCC is looking for a highly creative, multi-talented, and passionate Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team immediately. We are seeking someone who can not only design and edit but also contribute to content creation through shooting, podcast production, and on-camera presence.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create visually engaging designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding
• Design banners, posters, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content for KITCC
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts

Video Editing

• Edit high-quality videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Produce short-form content including reels and promotional videos
• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, and sound design
• Convert raw footage into polished, professional content
• Optimize videos according to platform requirements

Shooting & Camera Handling

• Handle camera equipment for video shoots (indoor & outdoor)
• Shoot high-quality content for marketing, branding, and social media
• Manage lighting, framing, and basic audio setup
• Assist in planning and executing video shoots

Podcast & Content Production

• Assist in recording and editing podcasts
• Set up podcast equipment (mic, camera, lighting)
• Manage audio/video synchronization and post-production
• Contribute ideas for podcast topics and formats

Hosting / On-Camera Presence (Preferred)

• Confidently appear on camera for videos, reels, or brand content
• Host or co-host podcasts, interviews, or social media content
• Deliver engaging and clear communication for recorded content

Motion Graphics (Preferred)

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
• Design intros, outros, and animated elements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, video, and (if available) on-camera work
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (or similar tools)
• Basic knowledge of camera handling and video production
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and team collaboration

Preferred Skills

• Experience in podcast production and editing
• Confidence in front of the camera / hosting experience
• Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing
• Experience working in a creative team or agency
