Kashif Iqbal Thalassemia Care Centre (KITCC) is a non-profit organization providing free treatment to 1000+ thalassemia children. We create powerful content to raise awareness and support life-saving donations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative all-rounder who can handle design, video editing, basic animation, podcast production, camera work, and hosting for events and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Edit videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
• Create basic 2D animations and motion graphics
• Design social media posts, banners, and thumbnails
• Shoot videos using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras
• Handle podcast recording and editing
• Host events, awareness sessions, and on-camera content

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in design & video editing
• Strong portfolio (video + design)
• Basic knowledge of shooting and editing tools
• Good communication and confidence for hosting

Tools

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop & Illustrator
