About the Role
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Multimedia Designer to take ownership of our visual identity on social media. You will be responsible for producing "thumb-stopping" static creatives and high-energy short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Reels/TikTok)
- Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Select trending audio, apply smooth transitions, and add engaging dynamic captions/subtitles.
- Transform raw footage (classroom activities, interviews, behind-the-scenes) into polished social assets.
- Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance video storytelling.
2. Graphic Design & Visual Identity
- Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, and stories that align with our brand aesthetic.
- Create eye-catching thumbnails and ad creatives (performance marketing assets).
- Design digital and print collateral as needed (flyers, brochures, presentations).
3. Content Strategy Execution
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm concepts and execute the monthly content calendar.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms, trending topics, and new visual styles to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, color palette, and style across all platforms.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing (Agency or In-house).
- Portfolio: MANDATORY. You must provide a link to a portfolio or showreel demonstrating:
- Social media graphics (Carousel/Static).
- Short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok style).
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Mobile Editing: Proficiency in apps like CapCut or InShot for quick, trend-based content creation is a plus.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of aspect ratios, safe zones, and export settings for different social platforms.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work fast, manage multiple deadlines, and accept creative feedback constructively.
Ideally, You Are:
- A storyteller who understands that the first 3 seconds of a video are the most important.
- Detail-oriented (no typos, perfect alignment).
