Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Female only)

Experience: 1-3 years in graphic design, particularly in creating posters, Pamphlets, and video editing. (Female candidates are Preferred)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a focus on creating eye-catching logos, posters, flyers, social media thumbnails, and videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design promotional materials that capture attention and effectively communicate messages. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce visuals that align with our brand and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

• Create visually compelling posters, social media thumbnails, and videos for various promotional campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines while being innovative and engaging.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the managing directors to understand the objectives of each project and develop designs for our company.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and our team members to ensure a cohesive final product.

File Management:

• Prepare and finalize files for both print and digital distribution, ensuring they meet all technical specifications.
• Maintain organized records of all design files and back up the files on dedicated hard drives.

Project Management:

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with the team by providing regular updates on project progress and incorporating feedback as needed.

Video Content Creation:

• Edit and produce short video clips for social media and promotional purposes.
• Incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.

Research & Inspiration:

• Stay current on design trends and tools, continuously seeking out inspiration to enhance your work.
• Analyze the visual strategies of competitors and industry leaders to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with both print and digital design.
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing for social media and online platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
