Graphic Designer & Video Editor — On-Site (Johar Town, Lahore)

Are you a skilled graphic designer and video editor with an eye for clean, modern, high-quality content?

Real Funnels is hiring an on-site creative professional to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore.

We work with brands in the digital marketing space, helping them grow through stunning visuals, high-performing ad creatives, and conversion-optimized videos.

✨ Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media, landing pages, ads, and brand assets
• Edit high-performing video ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content using transitions, captions, motion graphics & sound effects
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form reels/shorts
• Deliver fast turnaround without compromising quality
• Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs accurately
• Collaborate with the creative & marketing teams to refine and improve content

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or digital marketing preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, design principles, and visual communication
• A portfolio showcasing ads, reels, social content, UGC edits, or branded visuals
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Johar Town, Lahore
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Bonus: Experience creating paid ad creatives or VSL-style content
