Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Experience: 4–5 Years (Minimum)
Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 100,000

About the Role

The Syndicate is seeking a highly skilled, creatively driven, and proactive Graphic Designer who is equally competent in video editing and dynamic content creation. This role is ideal for a designer who not only understands modern visual communication but also thrives in a fast-paced, evolving brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, brand campaigns, and internal communication.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing, and brand assets.
• Transform briefs into clean, polished, and impactful creative deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure visual consistency across touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects with strong attention to detail and execution quality.
• Contribute ideas, push creative boundaries, and continuously improve visual storytelling standards.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

Mandatory Design Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

Mandatory Video Tools:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects

Additional exposure to animation, motion graphics, and color grading will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of professional design experience
• Proven portfolio showcasing both graphic and video-based work (motion reels, ads, brand design, creative campaigns, etc.)
