Role Overview

We are seeking remote social media graphic designers and illustrators to support our marketing team in creating visually engaging digital content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. This is a paid, remote contract position ideal for creative professionals who enjoy visual storytelling and want consistent freelance work.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static posts, carousel designs, infographics, and illustrations for social media.
• Create visually appealing short-form reels with basic animation, typography, or transitions.
• Collaborate with our content writing team to translate text briefs into compelling visual content.
• Follow brand guidelines and submit drafts before the scheduled publishing times for review and approval.
• Deliver final designs in required formats (PNG/JPEG for posts, MP4 for reels) and share layered source files if needed.

Compensation & Work Structure

• This is a paid freelance contract role with ongoing assignments.
• Compensation typically ranges between ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on the number of deliverables.
• Payment can be processed on a weekly or monthly basis, as agreed during onboarding.
• Designers can choose how many projects they wish to take on, but must commit to meeting deadlines for accepted work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media graphic design and/or illustration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Canva (or equivalent design tools).
• Basic knowledge of short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet creative deadlines.
• A portfolio link showcasing your previous social media designs is required for consideration.
