This is a full time position and it is work from office.
The candidate has to be in Kolkata to attend interview.

Graphic Designer cum Video Editor – Job Description

• Develop new animation videos from concept to final output to meet organizational requirements.
• Must be able to create original designs independently in addition to using various AI tools.
• Must hold a BA degree from a top-tier Art College in Kolkata.
• Must be able to work on high-volume projects with a very prompt turnaround time.
• Work on concepts and provided scripts to complete the entire design/animation/video editing workflow.
• Should be able to integrate voiceovers into videos as per character requirements and create/implement the source code for new animations.
• Should be able to edit green screen videos with clean keying and professional compositing.
• Develop a comprehensive technical handbook documenting all design processes for future reference.
• Must be able to take direction effectively and communicate clearly with the team.
• 5+ years of experience in 2D animation development.
• Proficiency in 2D animation and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, CorelDraw, and Adobe InDesign.
• Work on website designs, social media creatives, and image selection.
• Produce sketches and mood boards to visualize design ideas.
• Develop designs to support effective advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to develop artistic concepts.
• Create design concepts for new product launch campaigns.
• Produce art layouts by developing strong visual concepts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and maintain best design practices.
• Must demonstrate outstanding work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong design, communication, and project management skills are essential.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and be an effective team player.
• Exceptional capability in typography, color theory, layout design, and prototyping.
• Experience in multimedia content development.
• Must be able to create designs that align with the brand’s identity and profile.
• Experience in motion design is a significant advantage.
• Must consistently produce original visuals and designs that reflect passion and expertise.
