Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Visual & Motion)

The Syndicate | The needs |SS (Group of Companies) is expanding its creative team and is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor ((Visual & Motion)

Experience Required: 4–5 years
Compensation: PKR 80,000 – 90,000
Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Fri

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing high-impact visuals for digital campaigns, social platforms, and brand communication.
• Editing engaging video content tailored for performance marketing and brand storytelling.
• Converting creative concepts and briefs into refined, platform-ready assets.
• Ensuring visual alignment across all brand touch points.
• Managing multiple assignments while maintaining quality and turnaround standards.
• Bringing fresh creative thinking and contemporary design approaches to every project.

Tools & Technical Requirements

You must be confident working with:

Design:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

Video & Motion:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects

Experience in motion graphics, transitions, typography animation, and color grading is highly valued.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong command of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to independently execute from concept to final delivery
• Clear understanding of digital-first content formats
• Strong time management and responsiveness to feedback
• A portfolio that demonstrates both static and motion-based work

Eligibility

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional creative experience
• A well-curated portfolio including branding, digital creatives, and edited video content
