Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented graphic designer who has a strong interest in cars and related industries.

In this role, you’ll support marketing initiatives by designing user-friendly product manuals, enhancing website visuals, videography, and building content for our social media channels. Your work will help customers understand how our products work and why they matter. You’ll also be involved in industry events, product demonstrations, and cross-department collaboration to shape how Crux is seen across the 12-volt and automotive tech world.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

• Product manuals, technical guides, and instruction sheets.
• Video content (installation tutorials, promotional clips, etc.)
• Enhancing product imagery for web and print use.
• Engaging visual content for social media, email campaigns, and online ads.

Product & Customer Communication

• Understand product features to translate them into clear, visual materials.
• Ensure all content helps customers understand how to use our products effectively and with confidence.
• Industry Engagement.
• Represent Crux at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Assist with setting up and documenting product demonstrations and workshops.
• Gather feedback from events and use it to improve communication tools and customer-facing content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging, visuals, and timelines.
• Communicate project updates and creative milestones to leadership.
• Participate in product development meetings and offer visual communication insights.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience shooting and editing video (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Comfortable with photography and basic product styling.
• Ability to learn and explain technical product details visually.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Interest or experience in car audio, 12-volt electronics, or automotive products is a big plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with 3D rendering, animation, or product packaging design.

Job Type

This is strictly an in-person full time role. Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
