What You’ll Do
- Design engaging digital and print assets for ads, product promotions, packaging, manuals, catalogs, flyers, event collateral, and trade show materials.
- Shoot and edit product photography and videos, including lifestyle, social media, and product highlight content.
- Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; manage shoots and direct on-camera talent.
- Edit raw footage into polished content with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools, adding graphics, effects, transitions, and audio as needed.
- Storyboard and develop creative concepts for videos and campaigns, ensuring visuals align with marketing objectives.
- Maintain and enforce brand standards across multiple companies while contributing fresh ideas to evolve the identity.
- Create and optimize assets for multi-channel campaigns: social media, email, websites, paid ads, and internal communications.
- Support trade show participation with booth design, banners, video content, and on-site coverage.
- Organize and maintain creative files, media libraries, and project archives.
- Stay current on creative trends, evolving platform specs, and new tools (including AI-assisted creative tools).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, paid ads, and product teams to produce high-impact campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Portfolio or samples of work strongly desired – please include a link or attachments to your design, video, or photography projects. Applicants without samples may not be considered.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and/or digital marketing.
- Strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Photography experience, including studio lighting and strobe setups.
- Video production and post-production skills (shooting, editing, motion graphics, color grading, audio).
- Experience creating multi-page layouts (manuals, catalogs, booklets).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms a plus.
- Knowledge of print processes and preparing files for production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and collaborative communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude, openness to feedback, and creative problem-solving ability.
