• Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video/Reel Editor who can produce engaging visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in static design, motion graphics, short-form video editing, and especially creating high-impact Instagram Reels and social media videos.

• Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, ads, banners, and marketing campaigns.
• Design brand-consistent visuals including brochures, thumbnails, infographics, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure all design outputs align with the brand’s visual identity.

Video Editing & Reel Creation

• Shoot, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style videos.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, animations, text overlays, and effects.
• Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short content.
• Work closely with content creators to conceptualize and execute ideas.

General Creative Duties

• Stay updated with trends in social media design and editing.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and footage.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in short-form video editing, storytelling, and social media aesthetics.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute modern, trendy visual content.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Basic knowledge of sound design and lighting (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Media Studies, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and edited reels/videos.
