Position Summary

We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Vinyl Installer to join our production and creative team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital design work AND hands‑on production/installation. The right candidate will create high‑impact graphics for the action sports industry (motocross, ATV/UTV, snowmobiles, performance vehicles), as well as custom decals, wraps, and branding for semis, trailers, commercial vehicles, and recreational equipment.

You will also operate and maintain wide-format printers, prepare print files, and assist in producing and installing graphics with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Training on equipment and processes can be provided — but prior design experience is required.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Design custom graphics for the action sports industry (dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, etc.).
• Create artwork for decals, vehicle wraps, branding kits, signage, and OEM markings.
• Develop design concepts based on client requests, templates, or existing brand guidelines.
• Prepare production‑ready files for printing, cutting, and installation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all designs meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Wide‑Format Printing & Production

• Operate and maintain wide‑format printers (training provided if needed).
• Set up print files, color‑manage artwork, and prepare materials for laminating/cutting.
• Perform weeding, masking, trimming, and other production tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all printed products.

Vinyl Installation

• Install vinyl graphics on:
• Action sports machines (motocross bikes, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles)
• Semi-trucks & trailers
• Commercial and daily‑use vehicles
• Signage, panels, and specialty applications
• Ensure precise alignment, bubble‑free application, and proper surface preparation.
• Assist with full or partial wraps as needed.

QualificationsRequired

• Strong graphic design skills with portfolio examples.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color management, and branding.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on vinyl application and production work.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in the printing, vinyl, sign, or action sports graphics industry.
• Experience operating wide‑format printers (Roland, Mimaki, HP Latex, etc.).
• Knowledge of vehicle or equipment wraps and installation techniques.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Training will be provided for printing and installation for candidates with strong design fundamentals.
