Company Overview

We are a fast-growing construction company based in Southern California, specializing in [Residential / Commercial / ADU] projects. We take pride in our high-quality craftsmanship, strong safety standards, and collaborative team culture.
We are currently seeking a responsible, proactive Graphic Designer / Visual Planner to join our team and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand-related visual design and planning, including but not limited to:

• Company marketing materials (brochures, flyers, display boards, business cards, etc.)
• Jobsite signage, project presentation boards, and corporate branding visuals
• Graphic content for the company website and social media platforms (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Instagram, etc.)

Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to plan, refine, and maintain brand visual direction

Independently complete design concepts based on project or campaign needs and follow through to final execution

Coordinate with internal teams as well as external printing, advertising, or production vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Basic skills in photography and video editing
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Strong visual aesthetics with the ability to design for a professional, stable construction-industry brand
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or brand design is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
