Graphic Designer / Visualiser (Events)

The Company is a 10-year-old Corporate Event Management agency specializing in high-impact corporate events, communication development projects, and experiential engagements. We work with leading Indian and global organizations to create premium event experiences backed by strong visual storytelling.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visualizer who can translate event concepts into compelling visuals. This role demands strong visualization, design sense, and the ability to create high-quality graphics for corporate events, stages, presentations, branding, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities1. Event Design & Visualization

• Create stage designs, event branding, environment graphics, and visual mock-ups.
• Visualize and develop themes, look & feel, and design language for events.
• Build mood boards, style frames, and reference layouts based on briefs.

2. Creative Design Development

• Deliver high-quality designs for:
• Event branding (backdrops, standees, signage, facades)
• Presentations & pitch decks
• Digital creatives (social media, mailers, banners)
• Event collaterals (invites, certificates, brochures, menu cards, etc.)
• Support creative direction with unique ideas and visual treatments.

3. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work closely with the Event Conceptualizer, Client Servicing, and Production teams.
• Understand briefs and translate them into workable, visually appealing designs.
• Share references, design rationale, and visuals that support the event concept.

4. Technical Expertise

• Understand print, fabrication, and production processes to ensure designs are practical and execution-ready.
• Ensure design outputs meet brand guidelines, accuracy, and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent visual sense, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Ability to visualize concepts and bring them to life with strong graphics.
• Creativity balanced with speed and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-energy environment.

Preferred Background

• Experience working in Event Management agencies, Creative Agencies, Digital Ads agencies, or Design Studios.
• Portfolio showcasing event-related work or large-format design will be a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
