Graphic Designer (Warehouse Location)

About the Role

*IN PERSON- FULL TIME* No out of state.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team at our warehouse location. This role blends creative design with light administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and is eager to take on a variety of design and communication responsibilities to support packaging, labeling, marketing, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging & Labeling:
• Make minor updates to packaging and labels (batch numbers, warnings, compliance text, etc.).
• Design new labels and ensure print-ready files for our in-house label printer.
• Learn and operate the in-house label printer to ensure timely production.
• Design & Marketing Support:
• Create flyers, marketing materials, and promotional assets for stores as needed.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and blog posts to support brand storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Operational Support:
• Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding orders for packaging and marketing materials.
• Assist with coordinating and tracking packaging and design-related inventory needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat required).
• Prior experience in packaging design and/or labeling is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and pivot as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (emails, supplier communication, etc.).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, such as operating label printers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact).
• Basic understanding of blog or content creation (WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
• Knowledge of compliance labeling (hemp, supplements, or consumer goods) is a plus, but not required.
