HawkSearch , a leading AI-powered search, recommendation, and personalization platform for B2B and B2C eCommerce, is seeking a Graphic Designer & Web Developer for their Garden City, NY create high-impact digital experiences that support our marketing, demand generation, and brand initiatives.
In this role, you’ll design and develop Webflow and CMS-driven web pages, conversion-optimized landing pages, email templates, and branded digital assets. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate campaign goals into visually compelling, high-performing creative. The ideal candidate combines strong design aesthetic with technical front-end skills — someone who’s comfortable designing, building, and optimizing assets that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Webflow pages, microsites, and Webflow CMS collections aligned to marketing and demand-generation goals.
- Build conversion-optimized landing pages for paid media, SEO, webinars, and product promotion campaigns.
- Create branded assets for emails, ads, social media, webinars, and downloadable content.
- Collaborate with demand-gen managers to develop creative for multi-channel campaigns (email, paid search, paid social, ABM).
- Support SEO efforts with on-page optimization, image optimization, and clean, compliant HTML/CSS.
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, forms, and CTAs; apply findings to improve conversion rates.
- Manage updates to website content, graphics, and layouts using Webflow and other CMS platforms.
Work with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure proper integration of forms, tracking pixels, and conversion events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in web design, graphic design, or front-end development.
- Proficiency with Webflow and CMS platforms (Webflow CMS required; WordPress or HubSpot CMS a plus).
- Strong design portfolio showcasing responsive web design, landing pages, and brand assets.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Figma.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern responsive layout techniques.
- Experience supporting lead generation or demand-gen teams through design and development.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B eCommerce, SaaS, or digital marketing environments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel design.
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.
Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or marketing automation platforms.
