Graphic Designer (Web & Marketing)

OVC, Inc. is a fast-paced marketing agency focused on helping law firms grow through thoughtful strategy, strong creative, and high-quality execution. We work closely with legal clients across the country on digital marketing, website, branding, and content initiatives, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our collaborative, on-site team in Lisle. Role Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create polished visual work across digital and print platforms for client marketing initiatives and internal projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in our Lisle office and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and wants to contribute meaningfully on a collaborative team.


The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of creative projects, including website homepage designs, brand packages, marketing collateral, digital ads, and social media content. This role works closely with the Creative Director, project managers, strategists, content writers, and developers to produce high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards, marketing goals, accessibility expectations, and production requirements.

The right candidate is creative, organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. In our small-office environment, this role is best suited for someone who can shift between priorities when needed, respond well to feedback, and bring both strong design instincts and dependable execution to the team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design website homepages, logo packages, brand materials, and other core visual assets for client and internal marketing initiatives.
  • Create supporting creative for social media, digital ads, print collateral, and related campaign materials.
  • Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready deliverables for developers and print vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, content writers, web developers, project managers, and leadership to deliver cohesive and effective creative solutions.
  • Contribute thoughtful creative input during campaign planning and concept development.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing deadlines, revisions, and evolving client needs.
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards, accessibility expectations, and marketing best practices across projects.
  • Prepare files for web and print production with strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and quality control.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices that can strengthen creative output and team workflows.


Experience / Education / Skills

  • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of web design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, branding systems, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience preparing production-ready files for both web development and print.
  • Ability to explain creative decisions clearly to internal teams and, when appropriate, clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking, brand consistency, and execution across multiple formats.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this full-time, on-site position is $48,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. After a brief waiting period of 90 days, employees become eligible for:
