Graphic Designer (Webflow + InDesign + Technical Graphics)

Capte Technologies is a fast-growing technology company building advanced positioning and IoT solutions for transit, vehicles, and infrastructure. We work with bus manufacturers, transit agencies, and industrial customers across the U.S. and Europe.

We are hiring a hands-on Graphic Designer who can both design and execute — someone who can take ownership of visual output across web, print, and technical materials.

This role is not for pure “concept designers.” We are looking for someone who can actually build, deliver, and ship assets.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain pages on our Webflow website (www.capte.co)
• Create print-ready materials (datasheets, brochures, proposals) using InDesign
• Develop digital assets for web, email, and sales presentations
• Turn technical concepts into clear visual graphics and diagrams
• Support product launches with consistent, high-quality visuals
• Collaborate directly with engineering and sales teams
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all materials

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven Webflow experience (you must have built and published sites/pages yourself)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Solid foundation in graphic design (layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing)
• Experience producing both digital and print-ready files
• Ability to execute projects independently with minimal hand-holding
• High attention to detail (alignment, spacing, export quality, file organization)

Strong Plus (Will Make You Stand Out)

• Experience with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding
• Experience working with technical, industrial, or B2B products
• 3D design or technical illustration skills (e.g., product visuals, system diagrams)
• Motion graphics / animation (After Effects)

Location

• Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)
• Hybrid: in-office required several days per week

Compensation (Los Angeles Market)

• $65,000 – $85,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Performance-based growth potential
