Graphic Designer with Social Media Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with social media expertise to join our team at Floss and Gloss Skin and Dental Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content that reflects our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create attractive graphics, banners, flyers, and promotional materials for digital and print media.
• Develop and execute creative concepts aligned with the clinic’s brand identity.
• Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with regular posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Create engaging content including images, videos, and animations to attract and retain followers.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas into our campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement strategies for brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in healthcare or beauty industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work in Dubai and adapt to the UAE market.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing and animation.
• Knowledge of medical and skincare/dental industry trends.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
