Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma or similar tools
• Translate product ideas and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
• Optimize designs based on feedback, performance data, and design best practices
• Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints and internal brand guidelines
• Support design needs for marketing or internal communication assets as required
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging design tools to continuously improve design output.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Basic knowledge of user flows, wireframing, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently, receive feedback constructively, and iterate quickly
