Role: Graphic Designer with UI/UX Expertise

CodexQuill is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX skills to join our growing team and work on exciting international client projects. You will handle a wide range of work including branding, packaging, pitch decks, marketing materials, and user interface designs for both web and mobile applications.

This role is perfect for someone who can blend aesthetic design with functional user experiences while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality branding, packaging, and marketing visuals for digital and print.
• Design user-friendly UI/UX layouts for websites and mobile apps using Figma.
• Design and prepare pitch decks that align with brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging, functional interfaces.
• Work with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Manage tasks and timelines using Trello.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and packaging (preferably agency work).
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Figma.
• Proven experience in packaging design and pitch deck creation.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Located in or near DHA Phase 2, Islamabad (on-site role).

• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation.
• Experience in ecommerce branding or SaaS UI projects.
• Familiarity with design systems and developer tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect.
