Job Overview
AD4YOU Digital Marketing, a leading agency serving businesses and NGOs in India, seeks a skilled Graphic Designer with video editing expertise. You will create compelling visual assets for social media campaigns, ads, and brand promotions. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to deliver high-impact content on deadline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media posts, banners, stories, ad creatives, and brand collateral using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Edit videos including reels, promotional clips, and testimonials using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and current digital trends.
• Maintain and update design portfolios and asset libraries.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and animation for digital marketing or advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya for 2D/3D).
• Strong portfolio showcasing attention-grabbing, realistic 2D/3D graphics and visuals for social media, ads, and campaigns.
• Expertise in creating animations that drive engagement, including motion graphics, product visualizations, and dynamic effects.
• Knowledge of current trends in AR/VR visuals, Figma, or basic 3D modeling is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
