Fugen Webtech is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with Video Editing Skills to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a key role in developing visually compelling content that drives engagement and supports our digital marketing initiatives.

Salary: 25,000/- to 30,000/-

About the Role:

You will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets, from static graphics for social media and websites to dynamic videos for ads, promotions, and tutorials. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail. You must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and have a portfolio that showcases your design and video editing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce engaging visual content for various digital platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), email campaigns, websites, and digital ads.
• Conceptualize, shoot (if necessary), and edit videos for a variety of purposes, such as product demonstrations, customer testimonials, social media reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate marketing goals into effective visual designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Organize and maintain a library of visual assets, including graphics, video clips, and templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Experience with video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio (a plus).
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and the ability to create content that aligns with marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Digital Marketing Knowledge,A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and web design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for creating viral content.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and content management systems.
