Job Purpose

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department . The ideal candidate will create compelling visual content that supports the company’s marketing objectives across digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity, producing creative materials for social media, presentations, and campaigns that reflect Paradigm Studio’s refined and sophisticated design aesthetic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visual content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative ideas aligned with brand strategy.
• Create digital and print materials including posts, banners, brochures, infographics, and event collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while keeping designs fresh and contemporary.
• Support the development of sub-brands, campaign visuals, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (printers, photographers, videographers) to ensure quality output.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail and precision.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and digital marketing innovations.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media design formats and visual marketing strategies.
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, and composition.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
