Strong, consistent branding presence across physical and digital platforms, representing
Ennoble and its partners.
Design deliverables created within timelines and budgets while meeting quality and
compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities / Task List
Educational Space & Environment Design
Create age-appropriate, child-centric designs for classrooms, corridors, libraries, labs, and play
areas.
Integrate educational murals, charts, and interactive visual aids aligned with CBE principles.
Develop wayfinding systems (signage, safety cues, evacuation routes) ensuring accessibility and
clarity.
Branding & Identity for Schools & Programs
Design cohesive visual identities for transformed schools that reflect their vision, values, and
cultural context.
Create logos, partner branding elements, and school identity graphics in alignment with
Ennoble’s framework.
Adapt branding across physical infrastructure (walls, boards, gates) and digital platforms (social
media, reports).
3D Visualization & Concept Mockups
Prepare 2D/3D design mockups to showcase proposed transformations to stakeholders, donors,
and school authorities.
Work with architects and budgeting teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and
aligned with BOQs.
Print & Digital Design
Design donor-facing and community-facing materials such as impact boards, posters, banners,
brochures, and infographics.
Support digital communication with creatives for social media campaigns, newsletters, and
reports.
Ensure all print outputs are production-ready and optimized for installation.
Collaboration & Integration with Project Teams
Work closely with architects, engineers, budgeting managers, and CBE/Execution leads to align
design with educational needs and structural feasibility.
Modify designs based on site conditions, partner expectations, and community feedback.
Project Management & Compliance
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, tracking progress using tools like Asana or
Trello.
Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards in all school
designs.
Incorporate eco-friendly practices, such as using sustainable materials and energy-efficient
visual elements.
Technical Skills Required
Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW.
3D Visualization Tools: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion.
Educational Design: Ability to create murals, visual aids, and child-centric graphics.
Print & Production Knowledge: Color management, signage durability, material suitability.
Accessibility & Safety Standards: Familiarity with ADA/UDL guidelines, child-friendly
typography, visual hierarchy.
File Preparation: Preparing scalable, vector-based, production-ready files.
Basic Construction Knowledge: Understanding scale, layouts, and integration of design with interiors.
Soft Skills Required
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to bring learning concepts to life through design.
Empathy for Children & Communities: Designing inclusive, inspiring spaces for diverse
learners.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work with architects, budgeting, STEM, and CBE teams.
Storytelling Ability: Using design narratives to communicate school missions and student
aspirations.
Attention to Detail: Precision in layouts, accessibility, and cultural context.
Time Management: Handling multiple school projects with competing deadlines.
Leadership & Ownership: Taking responsibility for outcomes from design to implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or Visual
Communication.
Preferred: B.Arch / Environmental Design background for spatial planning and child-centric
learning environments.
2–5 years of experience in educational, community, or development sector design projects is
desirable.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of schools designed with completed branding and visual identity systems.
Timeliness of design delivery vs. project timelines.
Partner & stakeholder satisfaction ratings on design outputs.
Quality and durability of installed design elements (murals, signage, branding).
Successful integration of CBE/learning content into design outputs.
Growth Path
Graphic Designer → Senior Designer → Design Lead (School Transformation) → Head of
Design & Branding (across all Ennoble projects).
