Experienced Graphic Designer (Apparel & Visual Design)

We are looking for an experienced, fast-moving Graphic Designer with a strong design foundation and apparel experience to join our multi-disciplinary creative team. Our company works across both promotional and retail channels, supporting a wide range of distributors and brands with design solutions that move quickly from concept to execution.

This role requires someone who can shift seamlessly between detailed apparel design work and high-volume graphic design assignments, often under tight timelines. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and comfortable producing polished creative across multiple formats and use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of graphic design assignments with speed and accuracy, including Photoshop-heavy projects such as image editing, layout design, mockups, and visual refinements
• Design apparel graphics and create clean, production-ready apparel flats using Adobe Illustrator
• Develop mood boards, inspiration decks, and visual concepts that support both promotional and retail-level programs
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on internal feedback and client needs
• Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to deliver on-brand creative solutions
• Prepare artwork for sampling, decoration, and production across apparel and related products
• Manage and organize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with apparel design as a core focus
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong ability to work quickly and efficiently across a high volume of design tasks
• Proven experience creating apparel flats and technical-style design layouts
• Solid understanding of apparel construction, decoration methods, and production considerations
• Strong eye for composition, typography, color, and overall visual hierarchy
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with promotional products and retail distributors
• Background in fast-paced, agency-style or multi-client environments
• Experience creating visual systems, mood boards, and inspiration grounded in research and trends
• Familiar with AI applications to facilitate quick ideation and flat conversion to realistic renderings.
