Graphic Designer/Digital Marketer-Female

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions across both digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics that capture attention and communicate our message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual content for various platforms including websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop and execute design strategies.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into creative and visually appealing designs.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work with external printers or vendors when necessary to ensure high-quality printed materials.
• Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to take direction, work independently, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in web and mobile design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
