Graphic Designer/Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Ecommerce Manager to support our growing ecommerce business. This role focuses on product graphics, website content, and managing ecommerce listings to ensure our products are presented clearly and consistently online.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of product images and updates.

This position requires someone who can both design and execute, ensuring product pages are optimized, visually appealing, and ready to sell.

Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Graphics

• Edit product images/videos for ecommerce listings
• Prepare main images, detail images, and marketing graphics
• Maintain consistent image standards across product catalogs
• Retouch, crop, resize, and optimize images for web

Ecommerce Management

• Upload and maintain product listings on ecommerce platforms-Shopify, K-link, etc.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, and images
• Ensure listings are accurate and updated
• Organize digital assets and product files

Website & Marketing Support

• Create website banners, promotional graphics, and email graphics
• Assist with new product launches
• Prepare graphics for social media and marketing campaigns

Operations & Workflow

• Coordinate with team members on product launches
• Maintain organized file systems for images and design assets
• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and inDesign(required); Illustrator or Canva experience a plus.
• Video editing or motion graphic skills are a plus.
• Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
