Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics, logos, brochures, posters, and other visual elements for marketing campaigns.
• Motion Video Editing: Edit motion videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Design and Video Assets: Create and manage design and video assets, including templates, graphics, and footage.
• Social Media: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, formats, sizes, and resolutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and media team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs and videos.
• Wellness Content Creation: Collaborate with doctors, yoga instructors, and the media team to convey wellness themes through design, ensuring that visual content aligns with our holistic approach to healthcare.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the work environment
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Some experience in graphic design or a strong portfolio of original work
• Passion for natural health, wellness, or yoga is a bonus
• Comfortable working in a wellness and hospital setting

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design and motion video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Excellent video editing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Animation and Graphic Designing or fields/courses related to Graphic Design
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and video editing tools

Work Schedule:

• Minimum 8 hours per day

Probation Period:

• The selected candidate will be on a one-month probation period, during which their performance will be evaluated.
