Graphic Designer(Part Time) - EST Time Zone

About the Role

We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing team. The role includes designing print and digital materials, ensuring brand consistency, and managing multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will create editable Canva templates for franchisees and develop high-quality assets for marketing and in-location branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Production

• • Create 5–10 unique design assets daily, including flyers, posters, social media graphics, and web banners

  • Produce fresh, premium designs aligned with modern design trends (no outdated or recycled templates)

  • Design seasonal and holiday campaigns (e.g., Hanukkah, Passover, High Holidays), including posters, invitations, and social media sets

  • Adapt and resize designs efficiently (e.g., print flyer Instagram square post WhatsApp status)

• Typography & Layout

• • Execute clean, balanced layouts with strong typography and spacing

  • Work with designs that mix English and Hebrew text (Hebrew knowledge not required; training provided)

• Brand & Quality Control

• • Follow strict brand guidelines related to:

    • Color palettes

    • Image style (modest, family-friendly, high-quality visuals)

  • Review all work for spelling, alignment, margins, and consistency before submission

Qualifications

• • Strong proficiency in:

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Adobe Illustrator

    • Adobe InDesign

  • Experience with print and digital design

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Computer capable of handling large design files

• Preferred / Bonus Skills

• • Canva (for templates)

  • Figma

  • Motion graphics or video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

    • Bonus compensation available for video/animation work
