Pre-Press Operator / Graphic Designer

Hit Print – Lake Elsinore

Hit Print is looking for a detail-oriented Pre-Press Operator / Graphic Designer to join our team. This role focuses on preparing print-ready files, operating wide-format equipment, and creating clean, effective designs for clients.

What You’ll Do

• Review and prep artwork for print (bleeds, resolution, color, fonts, file setup)
• Catch and fix common file issues before production
• Operate wide-format equipment (HP Latex 630, HP Cutting Solution, Xante X-33) — preferred but not required
• Create composite-style designs (primarily in Canva; Illustrator & InDesign a plus)
• Send proofs, make revisions, and communicate clearly with clients
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in graphic design (1+ year required)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
• Print shop or pre-press experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and hit deadlines
• Team player with solid communication skills

Position Details

• Full-time or Part-time
• Monday–Friday, day shift
