Blue Label Creative is a high-end creative design and production agency specializing in brand development, strategic design, the branded environment, environmental graphics, vehicle wraps, signage, and large-format printing. We are a hands-on, fast-moving team that values craftsmanship, ownership, and momentum.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong project management skills—someone who takes initiative, sees gaps, and naturally steps in to keep projects moving. This role may involve leading design on certain projects or supporting senior designers on larger, more complex initiatives, depending on scope and experience.

This is an on-site position only. Close collaboration with design, production, and installation teams is essential.

The Role

This position blends design execution, production knowledge, and project coordination. You will contribute to high-quality design work while helping drive projects through the system efficiently—from concept to production and installation.

You don’t need to have everything figured out on day one, but you do need the mindset to learn fast, take ownership, and push work forward without waiting to be asked.

Responsibilitiees:

• Design and prepare graphics for:
• Environmental graphics and signage
• Vehicle wraps (fleet, commercial, specialty)
• Large-format print applications
• Branded environments and spatial design
• Lead design efforts on select projects and support senior designers on others
• Manage or assist in managing projects from kickoff through production and install
• Coordinate timelines, assets, revisions, and deliverables
• Communicate directly with clients in a professional, confident manner
• Prepare production-ready files aligned with print and install specifications
• Collaborate closely with production, installation, and leadership teams
• Identify challenges early and help resolve them proactively
• Maintain strong organization across multiple active projects
• Uphold Blue Label Creative’s quality and brand standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, production, and/or project coordination
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required)
• Working knowledge of:
• Large-format printing processes
• Print materials and substrates
• Environmental graphics and signage systems
• Core design principles, layout, and typography
• Experience preparing files for print and production
• Ability to manage or support multiple projects at once
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
